What should I expect during my first visit? +

We'll start with a brief consultation (about 5-10 minutes) to review your health history form and discuss your goals for the session. Then I will leave the room to let you get comfortable on the table.

Do you offer direct billing? +

We offer direct billing through Blue Cross, Sun Life, and Telus eClaims, which connects with most insurance providers for your convenience.

What is your cancellation policy? +

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
